Refund Policy

Refund requests are limited to items that arrive damaged or defective, the wrong item, or an item that materially differs from the confirmed order. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or other no-reason requests.

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, a clear explanation, and photographs or video showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue where relevant.

Do not send any item back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for reimbursement. We review each request and may offer replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time then depends on the payment provider.
