Shipping Policy

We ship eligible orders for beauty products, cosmetics, skin-care tools, facial rollers, and gua sha tools to addresses supported at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 2–4 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can affect delivery.

Charges and order details

Any free-shipping eligibility and final shipping charge are determined at checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate name, delivery address, email, and phone number. We may contact the customer if information is incomplete.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent after dispatch. If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details so we can review the carrier record and available next steps.
